About backscattermeter-analyzer

Backscattermeter analyzer was created due to frustration I had about the
lack of a single pipeline to study result of various acquisitions done
with the backscattermeter.

I hope this tool can be easily modified by other user of the various
backscattermeters that are being constructed right now.
